By accessing or using Weno (the “Service”), operated by Weno Travel B.V., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law.
• Do not interfere with the Service's operation, security, or integrity.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.

5. Bookings and third-party content

Property listings shown in Weno are provided by third-party travel inventory partners. Weno is not the merchant of record for those bookings unless explicitly stated, and is not responsible for the underlying accommodation experience.

6. Cost splitting

Cost-splitting features are tools for groups to track and divide trip costs. Weno does not act as a payment processor, escrow agent, or financial institution unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Weno Travel B.V. and protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weno Travel B.V. disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weno Travel B.V. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
