Nondiscrimination Policy
Weno is open to everyone. This is what we expect from travelers and accommodation providers.
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Weno Travel is open to everyone. We do not tolerate discrimination against any traveler, trip member, host or partner on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital or family status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
2. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to everyone who uses Weno Travel: people who plan and book trips, members invited to a trip, and the accommodation providers and partners whose stays are offered through our platform.
3. What We Expect From Users
You agree not to exclude, harass or treat another person unfairly because of a protected characteristic when you invite people to a trip, vote, chat, split a payment or write a review. Trip organizers decide who joins their trip, but they may not use Weno Travel to discriminate against others.
4. What We Expect From Accommodation Providers
Accommodation providers must offer their stays on equal terms. A provider may not decline a booking, change its price or conditions, or treat a guest differently because of a protected characteristic. Providers may apply lawful requirements that apply to all guests, such as minimum age or occupancy limits.
5. Accessibility
Guests with disabilities are entitled to equal access. Providers may not refuse a guest because of a disability or because the guest travels with an assistance animal, except where the law allows. Tell us before you book if you have accessibility needs and we will help you check whether a stay is suitable.
6. Reporting a Concern
If you believe you have been discriminated against while using Weno Travel, contact support@weno.travel or open a support ticket in the app. Include the trip or booking, what happened and when. We review every report.
7. What We Do
Where we find that this policy was broken, we may remove content, cancel or rebook a stay, warn, suspend or close an account, or stop working with an accommodation provider. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The date above shows when it was last changed.
