Delete Your Account
How to delete your Weno account and the data linked to it.
In the app
Open Weno, go to Profile, then Manage account, and choose Delete account.
Without the app
Email support@weno.travel from the address your account is registered with and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
What happens next
- Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out.
- After 90 days it is permanently deleted, together with your profile, preferences, wishlists, trips you own, messages and AI assistant conversations. Until then you can ask us to restore it.
- Booking and payment records may be kept for longer in limited or anonymised form where tax, accounting or dispute rules require it.
